If you’re anywhere near New York City, we’d love to see you in a few weeks.
On Wednesday, October 14, we’re bringing Downsized LIVE NYC for a night with the Downsized community, and we only have 15 seats left.
For more than two years, we’ve done Downsized LIVE from the bonus room in our house. But the best part of this show has never been the room or the cameras. It’s been all of you.
So we’re taking the show on the road.
DOWNSIZED LIVE NYC
Wednesday, October 14
6:00–9:00 PM
307 W 38th Street, Midtown Manhattan
Tickets: $25
REGISTER NOW!
We’ll start at 6:00 with time to meet, mingle, grab some selfies and actually get to know each other. Then at 7:00, we’ll go live on YouTube with two terrific guests:
Dr. Alexandra Sowa, dual board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, founder of SoWell and author of The Ozempic Revolution.
Dr. Michael Weintraub, endocrinologist at NYU Langone, obesity medicine specialist and co-chair of the Endocrine Society’s pharmacologic management of obesity guideline update.
We’ll sit down with each of them and talk about GLP-1s, obesity treatment, weight loss, maintenance and where all of this is headed.
But just as important, we want to spend the evening with you.
Whether you’re just starting a GLP-1, have lost 100 pounds, are figuring out maintenance, or are somewhere in between, come hang out with people who understand this experience because they’re living it too.
Only 15 of our 50 seats remain.
We’d love to fill those last seats with members of this community.
See you in New York!

More cities are already in the works.
Just 50 Seats in Each City
We’re keeping each stop small because we want this to feel like a real conversation, not a convention hall.
Only 50 people will be in the room for each show.
That means you’ll actually have a chance to ask a question, meet the special guest, meet Laraine and Christopher, connect with other people in this community, and get your photo at the selfie station.
If you want to be there when Downsized LIVE comes to your city, grab your ticket before those 50 seats are gone.
We’ve spent more than two years talking with this community online.
Now we finally get to do it face-to-face.
We hope you’ll be in the room with us.
